Our approach
The website is designed around readable content, semantic page structure, keyboard navigation and responsive layouts. Accessibility is an ongoing part of improving the experience.
Navigation and interaction
A skip link moves to the main content. Navigation controls, product selection, comparison, FAQ sections and enquiry forms can be operated using a keyboard. Focus indicators identify the active control.
Motion and media
The site respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. Videos have playback controls and do not autoplay. The current mill edit is silent, with a written visual description. Essential information is also available as text.
Enquiry forms
Fields have labels, error messages and a summary that receives focus when a submission needs correction. The receipt provides a reference after the server confirms that the enquiry is saved. JavaScript is required for this secure form flow.
Known considerations
Printed packaging artwork is an image and small print may be difficult to read. Product identification and the route to request specifications are provided as text. Some comparison tables may scroll horizontally on small screens. There is no claim of certified accessibility conformance.
Tell us about a barrier
Use the contact page and select “Privacy or accessibility request”. Include the page, the task you were trying to complete and your browser or assistive technology if helpful. You may also contact the number printed on your Eagle pack.
