Who this notice concerns
This notice describes how the Eagle Rice Mills enquiry website handles information you choose to provide. For a privacy question, use the contact form and select “Privacy or accessibility request”, or use the contact printed on your Eagle pack.
Information you provide
An enquiry asks for your name, email, the reason for your enquiry and your message. A destination country is also requested when relevant to the buying enquiry. You may also provide a phone number, company, delivery city, product selection, quantity, packing, timing, port or trade term. Company details are required for wholesale and export enquiries.
How your information is used
Your details are used to save your enquiry, respond, understand product or destination requirements and discuss a possible quotation or business relationship. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries and encrypted backups are hosted with Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India. Enquiries are stored in a restricted server-side database. Email notifications are currently disabled. When sales email is configured, the email operator handles a notification to the Eagle sales desk. Hosting and email operators process the information needed to provide these services.
Cookies and browser storage
The form uses a short-lived security cookie to protect submissions. Your enquiry product list and comparison selection are stored on your device. A receipt reference may be stored for the current browser session. Read the cookies and storage page for details.
Retention and requests
Enquiry details are retained while needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, subject to applicable obligations. Contact the mill to ask about access, correction or deletion. Keep your enquiry reference available and do not send identity documents or other sensitive material through the public form.
Safety and third parties
We use access restrictions and technical controls for enquiry handling. No public enquiry lookup is provided. External links open third-party websites under their own policies. The website does not load advertising trackers or third-party maps.
